For my friends, who save me

GRAND, I am grand. I am twobirds

stacked. One by one. I am a friend.

A tower of sparrows, dirty and simple.

There’s nowhere to beno rush. I make a bonfire

with a poem. I gather leaves and make a roof. I watch

you. One by one. Here come my friends.

Chirping in a rainbow floating on a puddle. Easy.

I’m clutched in a claw. Easy.

The shadow of a hawk.Easy.

Dirty and simple, one one one, we stack ourselves

and stack some more.
